Since it has been a minute I figured I would give you the details on last week’s workout schedule.


Monday 8-21-17

5:30am Strength Training (Upper Body)

4:30pm 5 stroller miles (paved trail)


Tuesday 8-22-17

5:30pm Hills and Sprints



Wednesday 5-23-17

5:30am Strength Training (Lower Body)

4:30pm Recovery Walk (2 miles)


Thursday 8-24-17

5:30 pm Off road walking/hiking 6 (accidental) miles- Ahem. Terrible sense of direction but an awesome workout!



Friday 8-25-16

5:30am Strength Training – Upper Body


Saturday 8-26-17 – REST DAY
