Let’s Talk Goals

It has been a while since we have talked goals here at The Running In Pink Project. We might be a few days into April but it is not too late to set up some weekly and monthly goals.

April Goals

WORKOUTS

  1. Strength Train 4-5 days weekly
  2. Cardio 4-5 days weekly
  3. Get back to Yoga- take at least 1 class this month

NUTRITION

  1. Practice Intermittent fasting 1-2 days weekly (a post is coming on this soon)
  2. Incorporate more GREEN
  3. Eliminate diet soda (reduce to 1 weekly for now)

4

HOME (Decluttering)

  1. Make toy “kits” for the baby to be cycled through to eliminate clutter
  2. Throw out or donate at least 1 box of kitchen items
  3. Declutter our “catch all” breezeway and find homes for all items

WEIGHT

  1. Lose 2 or more pounds weekly

    I’m excited to read your post about intermittent fasting. I started this last June, and it has made a world of difference in how I eat (and my body composition). Same number of calories in a reduced “feeding window.” Can’t wait to hear how it’s working for you!
