It has been a while since I got down to blog basics and shared a day’s worth of meal plans so here we go!!
Breakfast: Coffee w organic cream, 2 slice Ezekiel toast, smashed avocado, and fried egg
Lunch: Leftover chicken tortilla soup with avocado, sour cream, and some fajita strips for crunch!
Dinner: Spinach steak with grilled onions, tomato, strawberry, feta, and seared steak.
As for workouts, I am taking the advice of MANY and starting slow (I tend to jump in too fast and too furious most times). The little and I have been getting in a variety of 2 to 2 1/2 mile walks each day. We do some hills and a touch of jogging but mostly this is about getting out there, getting a sweat going, and making healthy habits.
