Meatless Thursday- A Food Diary

Since it has been a minute since I posted any eats on the blog take a look at my Daily Eats- Meatless Thursday edition!

 

5:00am: 1 large cup of coffee with organic cream

Breakfast: Skinny French Toast with organic blackberry syrup

Snack: 1 cup grapes, 1 serving nuts with sea salt

Lunch: 1 cup strawberries, 1 whole grain English muffin, 1 tablespoon almond butter

Snack: 1 oz cheddar, sliced bell peppers

Dinner: 1 1/2 cup poblano pepper and corn chowder (which I only ate about half of because those fritters were SO filling), zucchini fritters, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and gorgeous fresh tomato since I had one handy.

Dessert: 1 homemade chocolate chip cookie
