How Im feeling: This week I am feeling sore. Ive worked out every single day on schedule and my body is really feeling it. Luckily, Im also feeling inspired for the upcoming week to be more of the same.
What Im thinking: This week I am thinking of ways to get in all of my points healthfully. I was told I was not eating enough which might be contributing to my body holding on to fat. Its so difficult to wrap my mind around the concept of eating more to lose more.
What I want to work on this week: This week I want to work on taking my workouts up a notch. Im feeling really strong and motivated so I want to use that as a springboard for bigger and better things!
