Weekly Weigh In- Week 1

Week: 1

Weigh In Location: Weight Watchers

Loss/Gain:  -10.6

Total Lost: 10.6

How Im feeling: This week I am feeling somewhat tired from getting back into a regular workout schedule. I am also still feeling uncomfortable “in my own skin” and during workouts. I feel like I “don’t belong” and I hate that.

What Im thinking: This week I am thinking how much of a relief it is to be back on track. I am also thinking I should approach this loss with cautious optimism as the real test is yet to come.

What I want to work on this week: This week I want to work on sticking to the workout routine and making it habit. I also want to work on finding some more appropriate and functional workout clothes. They truly make the WORST possible workout clothes in larger sizes. Yes, yes, I certainly want to work out in oversized shorts or sweats , a gross thick cotton tee, and an ill-fitting hoodie. I supposed companies feel like making technically appropriate gear in larger sizes is pointless but I call shenanigans!! Heres to hoping some company somewhere proves me wrong!

    Oh my gosh!! I can’t agree with you more. It is so hard to find good workout clothes if you are bigger. If you find a good brand, please share! It has been a rough couple weeks at work for me and I haven’t been eating right and I haven’t been exercising nearly enough (no excuse, but it is reality) and I’m in that same not feeling comfortable in my own skin. Great job on the loss! And super cute sweater!

      Thank you! The sweater is Old Navy. :) I will certainly share if I manage to find some decent workout clothes. The ones that fit are the wrong material and the right material Options always make me feel like Im squeezing in. So frustrating! And dont get me started on sports bras. ;)
